APDIO financia participação no SYSORM 2017

 

A APDIO irá subsidiar a inscrição de dois estudantes portugueses de doutoramento ou pós-docs (com doutoramento terminado há menos de 5 anos) no encontro científico SYSORM 2017 (http://congresos.ugr.es/sysorm17/). 

Para se candidatar a este financiamento da APDIO, deverá enviar até 8 de setembro de 2017 para cristinalopes@iscap.ipp.pt o seu curriculum vitae e o resumo da comunicação que pretende apresentar no congresso. A seleção dos candidatos decorrerá da apreciação destes elementos por parte da Direção da APDIO. Este financiamento cobre apenas os registration fees; as despesas de deslocação são da responsabilidade do participante.

The 1st Spanish Young Statisticians and Operational Researchers Meeting (SYSORM) will take place in Granada in the 13th-15th of November 2017. The meeting, held under the auspice of the Spanish Society of Statistics and Operations Research (SEIO), is organised for and by young researchers (young: with less than three years of postdoctoral experience).

The scope of the meeting is to represent and give visibility to the newer generations of talented researchers in statistics and operations research, ranging from methodological to applied research topics, and to foster professional communication between them.
